Graphic Designer  

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Shaping the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create marketing content (image and video) digital and print 
• Create design concepts, graphics, and layout 

• Design materials for the company’s social media accounts  
• Come up with creative ideas and design together with the team 
• Keep up to date with design trends within and across various industries 

Requirements: 

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop, and Illustrator) 

• Experience in digital design (web pages, EDMs, social media) 
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ paid experience working as a graphic designer,  preferably in a startup company 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts 
• Solid understanding of the design process from concept to final delivery 
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, style guides and ensure all messaging is in line with brand strategy 

• Great organizational skills 
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia 
• Illustration skill is plus points 
• Able to operate the camera to take pictures and videos 

Salary Range: Rp 1.000.000 – 3.000.000
