The Financial Services Authority (OJK) requires companies to prepare a Sustainability Report integrated with their Annual Report, in accordance with PSPK 1 and PSPK 2 issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), as the guiding frameworks for sustainability reporting in Indonesia. Globally, reporting practices are increasingly aligned with standards developed by the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation.
