PT TASPEN

PT TASPEN (Persero) is an institution that manages pension funds and insurance for civil servants in Indonesia, and it is increasingly demonstrating its commitment to sustainability. In order to enhance the integration of sustainability aspects into its operations, TASPEN has initiated a collaboration with the Center for Environmental, Social, and Governance Studies (CESGS) to develop an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) work plan and ESG implementation report. This collaboration is a manifestation of TASPEN’s awareness of the importance of maintaining a balance between economic profits and social and environmental responsibilities, which are key to the long-term sustainability of the business.

Collaboration with CESGS has had a substantial impact on TASPEN's sustainability strategy. Through this interaction, TASPEN has received valuable insights leading to the renewal of the company’s sustainability strategy roadmap. This revised roadmap is more relevant and realistic, considering the current market conditions and challenges. The presence of this new roadmap not only reinforces TASPEN’s commitment to sustainability but also enhances the company’s ability to adapt and grow amid increasing competition and changing regulatory demands.
