Copywriter (Internship)

Job Description:

  1. Assist in creating compelling and engaging copy for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  2. Conduct research to develop accurate and data-driven content that aligns with CESGS's brand voice and objectives.
  3. Write, proofread, and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  4. Collaborate with the social media and design teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
  5. Optimize copy for SEO and digital marketing purposes.
  6. Assist in brainstorming and developing content ideas for various marketing initiatives.
  7. Monitor industry trends to generate fresh and relevant content.
  8. Support content scheduling and publishing across different media channels.
  9. Ensure all content aligns with CESGS's communication strategy and target audience.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Copywriter or a similar role.
  2. Experienced in conducting research using multiple sources.
  3. Up-to-date on trending ESG issues.
  4. Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Indonesian.
  5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet targets.
  6. Passionate about statistics, data, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.
  7. Undergraduate students or graduates from any major.

Partnership and Community (Internship)

Job Description:

  1. Identify strategies to find and expanding partnerships with potential partners
  2. Maintain database relates to partnership
  3. Maintain good relationships with partners and carry out CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  4. Arrange event collaboration with external partners
  5. Conduct Instagram live/TikTok live

Requirements:

  1. Undergraduate student/fresh graduate from any major.
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a wide range of stakeholder.
  3. Good negotiation skills.
  4. Strategic thinker, networking aptitude, great multitasking skills.
  5. Hybrid (WFO & WFH)
