Scrum Master 

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and assess the team in using agile methodology and scrum process. You will be responsible for leading the scrum and development team in self-organization. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices 
• Documenting and reporting the process  
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve targets 

• Lead the scrum and development team in self-organization 
• Help the development team to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur 
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity 
• Support the product owner and CTO and provide education where needed

Requirements: 

• Prior experience on a scrum team 
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict 
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum 

• Experience with successful Agile techniques 
• Ability to work with and lead a team 
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills 
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment 
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction 

Salary Range:  Rp 6.000.000 – 9.000.000
