UI / UX Designer 

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. Responsible to gather user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. Having experience with design software and wireframe tools. Creating both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers 

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps 
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets 
• Helping product team to conceptualizing and designing wireframes, user-flows, and UI assets 
• Develop UI mockups & prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, Hi-Fi mockup of product, page navigation buttons and search fields 
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables) 

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders 
• Documenting and maintaining design system and components 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) 
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback 
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images 

Requirements: 

• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field 
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in UI/UX Web app design 
• A portfolio show–casing product design. Understand the goals of the work, can explain design decisions, and understand user needs 

• Proficiency in Figma including in building design system, reusable component library, and high-definition web app design 
• Experience in designing dashboard/data-intensive app and passion in data  
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders; time-management skills 

Salary Range: Rp 4.000.000 – 6.000.000
